Munchies has opened in the Sprouts Center parking lot. Drive thru to pick up treats to eat! L.Y.L. Garden Restaurant has also recently opened at the Sprouts Center.
- Tofu Kitchen, featuring Korean cuisine, is now open in the former KFC location just across from the Sprouts Center.
Old School House site at Foothill and Indian Hill Blvds is open while being remodeled --- 415 W. Foothill Blvd.

- A new, three-level, 242 space parking structure has been approved for west of the Candlelight Pavilion, north of the former Claremont Inn lobby. This area of the former hotel is to be converted into residential units
- Candlelight Pavilion facade will be remodeled in a 1930's Art Deco style
- West elevation of the Old School House is being renovated
